AD- Day 3

Day 3 menu


Breakfast
- 1/4 ayam golek malam td x abih :P (0.1)

- 1 tbspn mayonese (1.0)

TOTAL: 4.6 gram

Lunch
- 2 scramble eggs (0.1)
- 1/4 cup green capsicum (1.3)
- 1 can tuna mayonese lite (2.6)

TOTAL: 4.0 gram

my lunch- temengah gaks nak abihkan mende alah nih :P

Dinner
- 6 pcs shrimp (0.1)

1 tbspn white pepper (1.0)
- 1/2 slice cheddar cheese (0.1)
- 1 tbspn mayonese (1.0)
- 1 tspn butter (1.0)
- 1 tsp sunflower oil (0.1)
- 1 scramble egg (0.1)

TOTAL: 3.4 gram

my dinner-layan jerr.. :P

TOTAL CARBOHYDRATE CONSUMPTION (ESTIMATION): 12.0 gram
