- 1/2 slice cheddar cheese (0.1)
- 1 tbspn mayonese (1.0)
- 1 tspn butter (1.0)
- 1 tsp sunflower oil (0.1)
- 1 scramble egg (0.1)
TOTAL: 3.4 gram
