yakni my 1st day menjalankan atkin diet nih..
mungkin saya akan update ari2 di blog apa yg saya makan..
so that saya tau total consumption of carbo yang saya hamek..
ianya adalah estimation based on quantity yg saya guna pakai utk memasak!

first day menu
* Carb counter is based on nutritional facts on the product itself and from here and here
* some of it are based on my own estimation mengikut amount yang saya guna
Breakfast
- 1 boiled sosej (1.6)
- 1 scramble eggs (0.1)
- 1 tsp sunflower oil (0.1)
- 1 tsp white pepper (1.0)
- 1 slice cheese (0.1)
- 1 tbs mayanonese (0.6)
TOTAL:3.5 gram
Lunch
- 1 can of Tuna Mayonese (2.2)

Dinner
- 3 pcs grilled dori fish (3.0)
- 1 tsp black pepper corn (1.0)
- 1 tsp white pepper (1.0)
- 1 tsp butter (1.0)
- 1/2 cup cauliflower (2.0)
- 1/2 cup brocolli (3.0)
TOTAL: 11.0 gram
TOTAL CARBOHYDRATE CONSUMPION: 16.7 gram
and i think maybe more kot pasal dinner tuh saya makan @kedai,
so maybe ada ingredient2 tersembunyi yg dipakai.. halakan ajer laaa..:P
