bertukar umurnya dari months ke year :P
yuppii.. shes going to turn 1 yo this coming july
tapinya hatiku berbelah bagii..
nak buat bebeday party ke tanak...
kalo nak buat kena pk, plan from now..
kalo tanak buat, kesian kat aisyah..
this is her 1st birthday.. sepatutnya buat!!

tapi disebabkan satu masalah personal contraint katanya..
mummy jadik serba salah nak buat ke idak..
kalo mummy x buat..takmo nanti aisyah cakap mummy daddy tak adil..
time kakak buat.. time adik ...ermmmm...

setelah di pikirkan pro n cons..
mummy cadangkan kat daddy budget beday anak2 buat p melancong jer lah!
ahaks!!.. pastuh tiup lilin.. deco ala2 bebeday to you..
tu plaks from my experience.. budak setahun mmg x paham sgt bebeday to you neh..
selalunya mak budak yg sexited! kan?

cik sal's tuna sandwich


wpun saya dah tak buat atkin..saya maseh diet la kununnya..
takmo makan nasik..tapi kdg2 telepas gak 2 3 suap ..
arini menu lunch saya homemade tuna sandwich+coffee..
sedap weiiiiiiii...masuk lif tekan sndri.. stended arrrr..

cik sal's tuna sandwich


-spread dorina kat wholemeal bread (i prefer Breadstory punye)
-sprinkle dried parsley kat roti tadi
-spread tuna light (ayam brand tuh)
-mayonese, bbq sauce
-lettuce (i prefer butterhead or romaine)
-tomatoes, apple slices
-cheddar cheese
-tangkupkan sandwich itu..
-siap!!



inilah ropanya lunch ku today..
sandwich n ayaq kopiku.. bukan kopibin tau. kopiku.. hahahha
eh, sandwich tuh bukan seketoi tuh ja dimakan. 2 ketoii laaa.. kalo seketui kalu..
lom kul 3 saya dah turun p beli goreng pisang.. ahaks!!!
eh, lagik satu.. abaikan workstation saya.. mmg cam sarang tikus mondok!
ahaks!!!...

RK BS Mini Sports Day


saturday, 24th April- marked as yaya 1st sports event!.
She never taken part of any sports event before!
ohww.. maybe had once kot.. @ her old kindy but it was internal sports event which no involvement of the parents..
OK, lets talk about this event..
the event venue was @Sekolah Sri Cahaya, 10 mins from BS.
The event started with Negaraku song and Real Kids song.
lawak seh tgk budak2 nyanyi2.. kiut miut belaka!rasa cam nak sepak2 jer :P
Then, the sports event started.. mcm2 adaaaaa...

(actually i type this entry pg tadi. pastu stop pasal bos panggil meeting)
now continue.. tadak ide plaks.. deng!
so, conclusion.. yaya sonok.. not only her first official sports event,
but she got her first medal jugaks!yeaaaaaa..sonok la diaaa..
ohww.. seriyes tadak ide..layan gambaq jer lah!..

Kah Kah Kah

dah hagak dah.. kejap je cik sal berdiet..
tak reti nak bersungguh2...
biasak lah tuh...

hari jemaat lepas hari pelepasan..
belum 14 hari.. tapi cik sal tatahang dugaan...
dugaan selalunya mendatang di hari weekend..
weekend cik sal selaluya adalah bermula di hari jemaat..

tapi takpaa.
ciksal nak announce kat sini..
dr 74.5kg.. hari inicik sal dah 73.2kg..
sebetulnya selasa lepas dah mencecah 72.1kg..
means dah turun 2.4kg.. tapi dah naik balik laa..
sebabnya pemakanan dr jemaat-ahad adalah heaven..

itulah antara makanan2 yg saya hengat..apa yg masuk lam perut saya..
sungguh meriah kan.. ahaks!!
so, saya akan mentenkan dulu verat itu dlm lingkungan 72-73kg..
pastuh saya akan start diet lagik.. ya saya akan pastikan ujung taun berat saya menjadik 65!
itu kan salah satu azam taun 2010 saya.. turun at least 10kg!! ahaks!!

Why am I unable to get into ketosis even with zero carbohydrates? What should I do?
ANSWER: You are either metabolically resistant to weight loss or else you don't know all sources of the carbohydrates you may be eating. If you are losing weight and doing well, there is no need to do anything differently. If you are not doing well losing weight, you may need additional help by adding the Dieters' Advantage (2 pills, three times daily), or FMF#24 (2 pills, three times daily) or L-Carnitine. To stimulate ketosis, the best diet is high in fat (cream cheese, macademias, deviled eggs, etc.), moderate amounts of protein and zero carbohydrates (see chapter on the Kekwick diet in the book). You may also need to increase exercise from three times per week, to four or five times per week. If all else fails, you need to see an M.D. trained in the Atkins system.

What is the reason I'm stuck on the diet and not losing?
ANSWER: There are many factors that influence an individual's ability to lose weight. These may include
a) too many carbohydrates having been added to the Ongoing Weight Loss level of the diet (O.W.L),
b) low body temperatures which indicate a possible sluggish thyroid and/or
c) difficulty with the use of artificial sweeteners.

How long can a person be on 20 grams or less of carbohydrates per day?
ANSWER: As long as that person remains overweight and feels well.

Why isn't sugar or caffeine allowed on the diet?
ANSWER:
Sugar: It's the worst food of all. If you don't understand why, we suggest you re-read the book until you master all of the myriad reasons.

Caffeine: Caffeine stimulates an overstimulation of insulin, which ultimately promotes weight gain. The biggest need is to stop a caffeine addiction. Once you go 2 weeks without caffeine, you may have it again as long as you don't become dependent on it for energy.

Why do you allow "fried foods"? They are a known health risk.
ANSWER: Fried foods allow you to enjoy the diet more, and do not adversely affect the body's new metabolic state (lipolysis, or "fat burning") which is created by the diet. However, I do agree that given a choice, broiling or roasting of meat is preferable; both of these two ways of cooking eliminate the "trans fats" that are created by the ultra-high heat of frying.

I just started the diet and I have a severe headache. What can I do to alleviate this symptom?
ANSWER: Don't worry; your headache will go away after the third day. Sometimes patients will get withdrawal headaches from all the caffeine and all the sugar they are used to eating. Usually this resolves in the first three days and then your body will be able to start on its new efficient fat burning self. If these symptoms do not resolve, you should contact your local physician. This usually convinces people of the addiction they may have had to either caffeine or sugar or both.

Breakfast
- 100 g fried minced meat (1.7)
- 3 egg (0.3)
- estimation of herbs and spices used (3.0)
- 1 tbspn cream cheese (1.0)
- 2 tbspn sunflower oil (0.1)
- 1/4 cup celery (2.0)

TOTAL:8.1 gram


this is what we called minced meat omelette!!:P

Lunch
- 1 cup shrimps (1.0)
- estimation of herbs and spices used (2.0)
- 2 tbspn sunflower oil (0.1)
- 1/2 cup brocolli (3.5)

TOTAL: 6.6 gram


ini plaks ropanya udang goreng+brocoli..:P..

Dinner

- ikan pari (0.5)
- estimation of herbs and spices used (4.0)

TOTAL: 4.5 gram


first time masak ikan pari seumo idup.. ada bau hanyir skits laaa..
cemana nak ilangkan erkk..

TOTAL CARBOHYDRATE CONSUMPTION (ESTIMATION): 19.2 gram

AD- Day 8 & 9

menu diet ari ke 8 & 9 akan tidak dikira kadar karbonya..
sebabnya, tuan blog amat malas.
sebab malas adalah menu adalah bukan masakan sndri,
jadiknya tidak tahu bahan yang digunakan utk memasak..
ya, saya banyak makan diluar utk hari ke 8 & 9..
sebabnya.. saya dah x larat nak masak..
saya adalah mengalami keletihan dan kejemuan utk memasak..ahaks!!..
tp menu saya adalah lebey kureng seperti berikut:

hari ke 8

bfast
-ini saya buat- 2 biji hard boil eggs+romaine lettuce+mayonese
lunch
-steamed ayam hainan + dori masak asam
dinner
-tomyam udang+beef kailan+sedikit sotong+cauliflower


satu satunya menu yang saya buat.. dasar pemalas!!


ni kawan pencetus diet bersama menu lunch di hari ke 8!

hari ke 9
brunch
(kul 10.30)- 2 ketul original kfc +coleslow
dinner
- chicken& beef tepanyaki+tauge oh ya..

lagik satu saya jugak telah termakan:
-2 bites of crispy kreme donut
-tepung goreng ayam kfc tuh :P
-eskim 2 3 kali slurpp slurrpp..
-beberapa teguk coke..(again!..huhuhu)
-karot yang ada didalam tepanyaki..
-a slice of melon
-dll yang x sepatutnya makan dan saya lupa!

so, thats y lah saya malas nak kira kadar karb saya di hari ke 8 & 9..ahaks!!
(sah sah la kompon lebey 20g!! uhuk uhuk..)

eh, sebelum tuh.. ni gambaq ekklusip.. sapa nak teka sapa makluk gemok nih???

AD- Day 6 & 7


ehemmmm

uhuk uhuk uhuk..
nak tebatuk.. tesedak plaks dah :P

dengan ini diisytiharkan saya telah mentidak dietkan diri pada ke dua2 hari ini!!
so, tiada menu yang akan diupload.. tiada carb yang akan dikira
ianya kerana saya telah memakan benda2 berikut:

hari ke 6
bfast- sama seperti bfast hari ke 5
lunch- saya bermakan bersama suami dan anak2 di nandos.. ehem ehem..
masih diet menunyaa.. tapi saya terhantam plaks makan roti, fries, sos, etc
dan minumannya adalah coke yer tuan tuan dan puan puan.. mmg hancussss!! :P
dinner- saya memakan kat warung penyet.. ehem2 saya memakan lele penyet aka catfish goreng aka ikan keli yerkk.. itu diet kan.. tp saya membahamnya tatkala pukul 9.45pm! :P
sambal belacan, kpoknya semua saya belasah!
lain2- anak dara adalah memakan donut.. mana buleh mummynya pandang telan ayaq liuq saja kan.. haruslah menemani anak dan suaminya menggigiit sedikit.. kemudian sedekit lagi.. seterusnya sebijik jer lahh..oreo donut ye puan2.. uhuk uhuk..
sekian pemakanan pada hari ke 6

hari ke 7
bfast- kopi secawan, roti bakar kaya+majerin 2 ketui, sosej, sedikit rasa itu dan ini!
lunch-di tony romas dan saya makan grilled salmon - maseeh menu diet kan? tetapi saya diserve plaks dengan kentang goreng.. haruska saya buat bodo jer kan.. mestilah saya buat pandai.. nyum nyum nyum...makanan itu juga disulami dengan ribs sang suami.. sungguh gemok terasa diri! tapi saya adalah puas hati!
dinner- lunch dah dekat kul 4 rasanya.. so maseh kenyang..jadiknya saya menyuruh sang suami belikan saya kopibin ice blended mocha kesayangan saya..nikmatttnya idoooppp..
lain2- 2 3 sedut starbucks ice blended hapa ntah kepunyaan sang suami, 2 3 suap makanan aisyah.. ahaksss..lain tadak kot!

kan saya dah cakap..
weekend adalah masa untuk makan buat diri saya dan kelorga.. :P
susah untuk saya lari dr rutin makan di weekend hari..
tapi takpa.. bak kata sang suami.. we ols bukan desperate nak kurus pun..
mmg dah semulajadik gemok (itu ai.. bukan dia..ciss!!)..
dah terbiasa tgk diri yang montel..

ya awwww awwww.. ya betuiii.. ako nak kurangkan berat badan jer..
bukan nak kurussss.. kurangkan berat badan utk kepuasan diri sndri.. tu jerkk..

so, esok saya akan start berdiett kembali...doakan kelancaran diet saya :P

tgk huduh.. but this is the breakfast menu yang paling i sker takat nih!

Lunch
- 2 pieces fried chicken (0.1)
- 2 tbspn spices to marinate (4.0)
(pepper, onions, garlic, tumeric, salt, jintan etc)
- sunflower oil to deep fry (1.0)
- 1 tbspn mayonese (0.6)

TOTAL: 5.7 gram


mak reti ropanya buat ayam goreng berempah :P..

Dinner

- homemade pan grilled dory fish (0.1)
- estimation of herbs and spices used (2.0)
- 1 parmesan cheese (0.1)
- 2 tbspn mentega (0.2)
- 1 grilled sosej (abiskan sosej yaya :P) (1.6)

TOTAL: 4.0 gram


ai makan nih bersama anak2.. tok laki? biaq dia lapaq!! :P ahaks!!

5 hari bersama atkin..

cewahhh.. tajuk x bleh blah!!

ari ni masuk 5 hari saya berdiet menggunakan cara atkin
ini gara2 jeles tgk adik zul nih.. dan link telah diperkenalkan oleh datin lin ngok ngek
dan saya terpk kalo adik zul yang montel and laki plaks tuh boleh..
takan saya x boleh kan.. tu plaks tercabar dengan datin lin ngok ngek..
dia yg dah krempz pun gatai nak mendiet gaks..inikan pulak saya yang serba berlemak nih kan..
saya takmo turun banyak2 pun.. at least 5 kg dulu pon dah cukup bagus..
kira kalo berat saya mencecah 60-an tuh... saya dah cukup hepiii tahap cipan dapat awek! ahaks!!so itulah pembakar semangat saya nak berdiet!


I CAN DO IT!! YES.. WE CAN!

hari first timbang adalah 87.5kg and pada hari ke 4 saja ja saya suruh dia timbang
dannnnnnn.. hasilnya adalah lumayan u olssssss..
dah jadik 85.3kg! itu within 5 days ya kawan2..
trus laki mak teruja!!apa taknya.. kdg2 dia break the rules jugak.
makan buah laa.. minum ais laaa.. biasakla laki kan.. tapi leh gask turun..
cam datin lin pun.. dasat penurunan dia.. 3kg yuuuuuuu.. mmg lg krempz la ko lin!

saya? ya au au.. nanti saya reveal erkk.. after 1 or 2 weeks induction arrr..
ako nak announce turun 10kg trus baghuuu bestt!! wkakakaka..kita kena yakin
wlaupon mmg itu misi yang mustahil bagi diriku yg ada gaks masanya ciloks!!!! ahaks!!

pasal makanan plaks..
setakat nih saya mmg masak.. esp bfast and lunch..
dinner ada 2 kali kontoi beli.. sapa suruh encik somi lambat..
nanti kang x sempat mak nak makan b4 8.. errr.. actually selalunya ako makan bfore 9!
pasalnya mmg x sempat.. selalu sampai umah pun around 8pm
mana sempat ngan anak lagi.. magrib lagik..
kalo beli senang.. trus ngapp jee :P

tp saya prefer masak sndri psal leh estimate carb consumption
pasal kita tau apa ingredient yang kita guna..
eh... tp weekend ni saya nak reward diri saya arr..
saya nak minum KOPI!!!lantaks laaa..
ketagih dowhhhh...dapnya mocha ice blended kat kopibin!!!!
takpun layan kopi kat killney pon best.. terbaekkkk..

arghhh saya jugak selalu terkantoi bila suap nasik kat yaya..
saya terasa2 nasik tuh kat tekak.. nak2 nasik+telo/ikan goreng+kicap
ataupun nasik ngan ayam masak kicap!
perghhhhhh..

sampai disini dulu yeaa..tetiba mak meleleh ayaq liuq!
esok2 sambung .. menu diet saya utk hari ini, hari ke 5!

- 1 tbspn unsalted butter (0.1)
- 2 slices cheddar cheese (0.2)
- 1/4 cup green capsicum (1.3)

TOTAL:7.2 gram


tgk huduh.. but this is the menu yang paling mak sker takat nih!

Lunch
- 1 cup chicken breast (0.1)
- 1 tbspn white, black pepper, chilli flakes, parsley (2.0)
- 2 tbspn sunflower oil (0.2)
- salt, sugar sikit gile pasal terpedas :P (1.0)
- 1 tbspn mayonese (0.6)
- 2 egss (0.2)
- 1/4 cup green veges - mak tatau nama apa :P (1.2)

TOTAL: 5.3 gram


yang ini pun mak layan..

Dinner

- homemade grilled beef (0.1)

layang-layang




anak dara besaq asikla dok minta nak main layang2 sejak 2 menjak..
memula hengat nak bawak dia gi main kat BL
bila time kul 3 4 asik ujan jeee..
so, kebetulan encik rafidin cal daddy ajak main layang2
so, mainla layang2 cik yaya kita kat DA..
layan la yaya..nanti kita bebila kita main lagik..
kita beli layang2 princess noo..


bila dah start begambaq, haruslah mummy interprem kan..:P


hopefully cik kakak yaya heppi yeah..

'nope.. this time lain, x guna product pun..ni protein diet.. less carbo..so i bwk bekal je senang'
'oh God.. are you sure u akan kurus ke with all kind of diet2 nih?'
'hahahaha.. i m not sure but i try.. try x salah rite?'
'eh, for how long pulak this time?'
'i try dulu 2 weeks.. tgk cemana..'

see see opismate ai pun paham masalah diet i nih ..
buat tuh kejap.. buat nih kejap.. hahahhaha..
tak penah nak buat betul2.. so, mmg failed la kan..
semua org pandang ako cam cipan la kan kalo ako kata ako nak diet :P

hahahah.. tapi ada mak kesahhh? janji SAYA CUBA!!!
this time around tgk la bapa hari plaks saya dapat bertahan! :P
ahaksss!!!..eh, lagik satu..

setiap kali tgk cheese.. makan telo..makan lelemak..
makan daging tu.. ayam semua nih la yg dikatakan sesuai utk atkin diet ni..
ako naik seriyauuu.. pasalnya ako rasa akan MAKIN GEMOK!
bukannya utk kurus.. :P tp ako coba jer laaa..
tak salah nak coba kan...
mudah mudahan cik sal mendapat berat target 65-68kg lam bln 6 nih!

AD- first day


meh saya share apa saya makan semalam
yakni my 1st day menjalankan atkin diet nih..

mungkin saya akan update ari2 di blog apa yg saya makan..
so that saya tau total consumption of carbo yang saya hamek..
ianya adalah estimation based on quantity yg saya guna pakai utk memasak!

first day menu

Lunch
- 1 can of Tuna Mayonese (2.2)

and i think maybe more kot pasal dinner tuh saya makan @kedai,
so maybe ada ingredient2 tersembunyi yg dipakai.. halakan ajer laaa..:P

nur aisyah qaisara @9mons



nur aisyah qaisara dah 9 bulan
tak banyak yang mummy update pasal adik kan..
tak macam zaman kegemilangan kakak dulu kat fp..
mmg every 3 mons mummy adik..
am sorry adik.. pasalnya mummy tatau la pasal apa erk :P
banyak milestone adik mummy x tulis..
semua konon2 lam kepala otak jer laa..
so ni mummy buat point2 yang mummy ingt jer erkk..

-first time demam masa 3 mons and time tu raya
-first time bj kurung- masa cukur jambul @ 2mons
-first raya- 1431H, tahun 2009 :P
-first time hospitalized masa umo 4 mons @KPJ Selangor/SMC
-her first shopping mall d curve! (yeahh.. masa tuh mummy paksa gaks daddy gi beli barang aisyah kat mothercare! :P)
-her first stroller (and the only at the moment)- peg prego mende ntah..karer merah - ni kes daddy kesian kat adik, dia kata x yah pakai stroller kakak.. mummy pollow the ruless :P:P
-her first waterfall - sg gabai- sampai demam2 2 minggu.. sighhh..
-her first shoes- cap babygap beli kat BO ja.. ahaks!!..eh, tp daddy janji nak beli kasut kat adik bila adik start jalan kan! guudd
-first holiday- kat bali lam perut mummy :P eh, masa 5 bulan, kat PD jer.. :P marina admiral cove, takpa aisyah.. mummy dok buat proposal dah nehh.. :P
-first movie @ cinema- adnan sempit gittew.. ya au au.. langsung x nangis!! tp pas tuh mummy x bawak lg dah.. ritu pasal kebetulan jer :P
-masa 7 bulan jugaks aisyah first time mummy dudukkan kat hi chair! :P
-first gigi kuor umo 6 bulan, memula 2 kat bawah, then trus 4 btg kat atas
-skang maintain jer 6 batang tuh :P
-formula milk dr dulu sampai la nih- enfalac A+
-kalo panggil mummy dia akan cakap- mamameeee..
-kalo panggil daddy dia akan jerit-papapappa sambil ketuk2 badan daddy! :P
-first solid food umo 5 bulan setengah iaitu biskut farley
(ini kes dia nangis2 tgk we ols makan kat kedai.. trus mummy gi beli farley, kasik dia geget2.. trus dia jatuh centa!):P
-then lepas tuh mummy buat masak bubur nasik +susu, then slowly add sweet potato, potato, pisang, karot, brokoli etc
-masuk 8 bulan mummy tambah ayam, salmon, ikan merah, tenggiri lam bubur
-masuk 9 bulan mummy introduce pasta and cheese jugak !makan sampai licin n nangis2 bila dh abih :P
-masuk 9 bulan mummy kasik makan homemade oat+banana+raisin+apple, sama gaks nangis2 nak lagi!
-and skang 9 bulan mummy dah x kesah sgt suap2 je dia apa yg dia nak mamam..
seems like aisyah ni x memilih sgt makan cam kakak dia..semua blasah jer..baguss dik!
-masuk 9 bulan jugak trus leh duduk tp agak sendeng2 laaa.. x brapa nak tegap sgt!
-masuk 9 bulan jugak trus pandai wave her hand utk babaiiiii
-errrr.. pandai jugak gimme five!!
-masuk 9 bulan jugak dah pandai nangis2 time mummy hanta bbsitter
-skang dah pandai panjat2 dahhh.. penat hokehh..ghisau takut dia gedebum..
-aisyah suka melawan cakap tau!! ni mummy x sukeeeeeee!!! melawan erkk.. kalo mummy marah.. dia buat bodo pandang2 belah lain :P
-aisyah jugak suka immitate apa yg org buat.. nak2 kalo lawan jerit ngan kakak.. kalah kakak tau.. masa ni ghasa cam ada anak 10 lam umah!
-aisyah bersunat masa 7 bulan @Klinik Razana; menangis cam kena cubit jerr :P apadaaa dik.. :P macho la skits!
-@9mons, shes on L Size diaper (HUggies Extra Dry)
-minom susu 4.5oz, every 3 hours
-makan 2 kali sehari-930am dia akan jerit tgk mummy pegang mangkuk porridge dia sambil cakap mam mam mam mam mam :), then kalo petang by 530pm x kasik dia mamam lagik.. dia akan menjerit2 dok x senang gittew!:P
-aisyah, adik, aisyah qaisara, caca, ecah, syasya - dia akan pandang bila panggill nama2 itu
-oh ya, kadang2 yaya akan panggil dia syahrul jugak :P -sbbnya dia akan buat rambut adik dia cacak.. so, nama sudar tukar.. adehh..
-paling suka dgr azan.. trus diam segala aktiviti dia
-last time she wont respond dengan tv, ko pasang la apa2 pun.. kuat2 pun.. malas dia nak layan, tp masuk 9 bulan nih.. sgt suka tgk iklan; espcially iklan brand kitalah juara tuh..and montaj berita :P
-kalo dgr lagu2 akim, aril, mila or hafiz, cepat ja toleh2 n respon.. apa taknya.. kakaknya 24jam asik pasang lagu tuhjaa... mummy naik pitam dgr hokeh!
-as per today, dah 5 kali kedebukkkkkk jatuh katil! adehhhh... sgt ghisau pada pertama kali jatuh!! tp alhamdulillah so far OK.. tp daddy cakap pas neh kalo jatuh lagik nak kena bawak p scan :P
-ohww.. tp skang dh pandai.. sampai je tebing katil (yg disekat ngan bantalan2) dia akan jerit2.. nk bgtau lah kot dia dh bangun or nak jatuh :P
-paling suka golek2 ngan mummy n kakak atas katil.. mengekeh2 gelak hokeh.. ngan daddy x skerrrr :P
-merangkak.. anak2 mak semua tak xpert merangkak.. semua menyusur jerr ..:P aisyah at least leh gaks 3 step, pastuh trus nyusur balik..yaya dulu langsung.. trus bediri :P
-ohwww.. adik dah pandai kalo dia buat salah (eg:makan kertas) dia akan pandang2 mummy sambil sengeh2 pastuh lariiiiiiikkk... bijokkkkkk!
-bila lam walker, dia nampak ada apa2 yang hadang dia.. dia pejam mata.. pastuh laju2 trus rempuh! :P bagus la adik nehh!!hahaha.. tp sgt lawak and sangat bahaya jugaks!! :P
-bab tidooo... kat umah x dak buai.. kat bbsitter je buai.. tp mau la dekat 2 jam gaks nak kasik dia tdoq :P
-eh, tp skang dah hokeh skits.. mummy letak adik atas dada.. tepuk2 buat2 geli kat bakang.. tgk2 kejap je tdo..:P

eh.. dah la dik.. nanti ada masa mummy sambung lagik..
naik pitam dok menaip nih :P

ps:ni utk nota saya erkk.. saya x paksa sesapa utk baca :P
