me vs diet

dah setahun tak focus betul2 on diet..selepas diet atkin dulu..
mmg aku x hirau sgt..hari2 je cakap nak diet.. hari2 insap..
tapi melantaksss sama jerr..
now.. after a year.. dah naik 8kg balik.. gilosss.. nak fengsan jap!

so i think now is the best time to start a new chapter in my life..
after few research on the net and ada gak beli buku2 diet n health ni..
pastu bila check cholestrol plaks.. mmg high yg mmg high..
so, saya bertekad nak kembali ke pangkal jalan..

SAYA NAK KEMBALI berDIET..
healthy diet what i mean..
tak nak bergantung on products etc..
and because it healthy.. dont aspect drastic drop!
for the first step.. i give myself 3 months to reduce at least 5kg! yuppp.. determination!

determination sgt penting..
lepas research baca buku semuaa.. self determination is the key word!
kalo tadak fokus.. tadak kesabaran.. tadak keyakinan dan kemahuan.. it shows that we are still not ready to move.. move from any form..not from FAT to SLIM only! apa apa jer..

for the first step.. saya akan pastikan..

1. drink a lot of plain water (at least 3l per day) - mana2 diet article akan tekankan pasal ni..
2. breakfast must be taken 3 hours within our wakeup time.. and starts ur day with 1 cup of plain water!
3. eat healthy breakfast! - 3/4 cup oats n 1 portion of fruits (banana or grapefruits is much recommended)- apple, wholemeal bread pun jalan... tosai and capati pun layan.. jangan ko hantam nasik lemak suday..
4. harus makan within every meal.. kudap kudapan sehat seperti apple.. yogurt.. nuts.. oat crackers.. kismis.. kerepek2 keropok2 choclate2 haruslah no no no...
5. avoid processed foods cam nuggets semua tuee...and no no no to any soda drinks...
4. malam.. makan ringan2 sahaja.. buah buahan or salad.. or soup.. tomyam etc.. before 8.30.. mustahil nak makan b4 8 kan.. almaklumlaaa sampai umah pun kul 730.
5. lagi.. lagi apa erkk.. saya harus kuat azam nak sehat.. kuat mengharungi dugaan2 yg mendatang!
6. xcersise.. ermmm.. yg ni agak susah.. tp akan cuba! at least on weekend.. :)
7. reduce sugar intake!
