diet: buah buahan..


saya bukan org yg suka makan buah...
tapi sebb saya nak sehat dan menjalani kehidupan yg sehat..
saya telah stock up buah buahan di dalam fridge
selalunya daddy dan aisyah je tukang makan buah..
but now tidak lagik..
mummy joing the club too...:P


ps:alhamdullilah lepas 2 hari.. ada penurunan.. 1/2 kg is fine with me.. :)
wpun saya makan cekodok, cistat.. tapi ada penurunan..
saya rasa key nya ialahh.. banyak minum plain water..
no coffee.. no tea..just plain water.. 2-3 litre per day..
tp.. hv to bear countless trip to toilet la..:P
