laksa gojes by wawa gojes :P

laksa gojes (utara)
(for 4-5 persons)


bahan-bahan
1kg laksa basah --> basuh, rendam air panas, toskan..


bahan2 kuah:
ikan kembung (besar) 4 ekor..-->cuci dan rebus bersama asam keping+garam
bawang besar 4 ulas -->mesin
belacan agak banyak jugaks la..dlm 2 sudu besaq camtu..-->mesin
cili kiring 10 tangkai.. nak pedas sila tambah lagi..-->mesin
daun kesom
bunga kantan
asam keping
garam


cara-cara kuah
1. kopek ikan yg siap direbus - amik isi sahaja
2. yg tulang2 tu letak lam different bekas
3. bahan2 mesin tadi.. masukkan lam periuk..
4. masukkan isi ikan
5. mesinkan tulang2 ikan td.. tapis masukkan dalam periuk tadi..
6. tambah air jika perlu..
7. masukkan asam keping
8. masukkan daun kesum+ bunga kantan
9. didihkan atas api..
10. garam secukup rasa..


siap kuah laksa gojes!
pastu nak makan.. pepandai lah buh condiment dia kan..
bawang, timun, salad, telur rebus.. or apa2 jer la sesuka ati..:)

ps:
honestly this my first attempt cooking laksa utara..tak sangka menjadi and personally, saya puas ati sbb saya tidak merujuk mana2 resepi.. hanya terngiang2 kata2 my sis in law jerr.. "senang sgt masak laksa.. rebus ikan.. mesin bawang bnyk2+cabai+ belacan jaa.. pastu rebus.."
perghh senang kan? :)
