after 3 weeks ...

jeng jeng jeng
ehehhee.. perkembangan atau penguncupan?
ahakss..
jawapannya kementenan..bukan kementelan okei :P
as of today .. 74.7kg.. turun 0.2kg from last week..
layan la erkk..
ako rasa tuh OK.. pasal kalo tgk kan cara ako makan..
cam patutnya naik lg 5kg.. ngeh ngeh ngeh..

apa taknyaa.. antara makanan2 yg ako bantai makan last week..
4 ketui JCO donut yg sgt2 creamy itu, KFC snack plate, a&w ice cream waffle,
nasik ari2 time lunch- tp separuh la, bekfas 3 ari ako makan nasik lemak, pulut mannga,
malam ako makan beger lagik..
muahahha..suka2 je kan..

ni pun pg nie ako makan nasik lemak+cucuq udang..
suka2 ati mak bapak jer errkk.. semlm lunch makan pizza yg mmg banyakkk
tapi tuh laaa.. alhamdulillah.. x naik..
nak tau kenapa?
ni ako rasa lah kan.. sebabnyee
wpun ako makan banyak.. tp ako akan make sure ako:

1.minum ayaq putih
2.sebolehnya malam makan b4 kul 8
3.x sentuh langsung teh tarik/nescafe semua tuh

so, alhamdulillah mmg menjadik laa.. berat x naik.. wapun makan banyak!!!
cuma kalo nak kasik turun.. mmg kene kontrol makan2 yg lain laa..
mcm 1st week diet kan.. ako punya pemakanan cenggini..

breakfast- makan apple/pear seketui/capati + minum milo/tea kosong
lunch-bihun sup/tomyam/lauk pauk sahaja tanpa nasik
ptg-pisang goreng 2 ketui (yg neh kalo leh elakkan- tp ako x leh.. psl ada je antu yg menghasut!)
malam-milo+4ketui cream cracker+grapes

so, tu yg turun 2kg cenggitu kots..
ni insyaAllah next week la kot ako diet balik..
ehehhe.. pasal this week banyak halangannya
ni pon mak ako baru kol.. dia nak mai..
so, mmg haruslah x menjadik kan diet ako
ehehehe..
so, hopefully report next week menten..
n another week.. dah jadik 73kg.. aminnn.. :D

nmpknya aku kna beli digi scale gak la.. sbb scale yg besa ni cam mengkonfiuskan jer jarum tu..
at least bley turun point something2 pon dh teruja rasa kan..

teruskan usahamu wahai sahabatku.. ehhehe..

ogy.. hang pun hi blood ka weiii.. ako pong sama.. waaaaaa.. ako dulu start masa peknen yaya 9 bulan.. darah naik x turun2 tau.. tu yg doc suwuh akak induce tuh..

pastu sampai la ni.. blood tu turun naik turun naik.. tapi ako pon x penah amik ubat lagik.. pasal doc suwuh jaga diet.. tu lah salah satu penyebab ako nak berdiet jugaks tuh..
ni dah lama x p check nie.. tatau laa tinggi ke idak.. ghisau gaks ako.. ako pon nak kene stabilkan hi blood nie dulu baghu leh peknen.. kalo x bahaya kann...

uhuhuhu... sama sama la kita merendahkan tekanan darah kita erkk ogy...
