chef gelitas!


last week on weekdays cemana tatau..

syeikh nk masak mai..layanz laaa..
jarang sungguh ako masak time ari bekerja
setakat
masak nasik goreng, bihun goreng buat sandwich biasak la..

masak yg beria2 tuh idak lah..

selalu sampai umah kul 715, n then before 830 makanan siap di makan..
layanz laaa...
so, antara menu2 yg chef gelitas masak ialah..


ketam masak lemak


ikan selar goreng sambal


prawn with soy sauce


sambal udang


kacang botol goreng tempe


sotong goreng tepung
antara semua resepi..
masri paling puji melambung2 udang soy sauce tuh

actually tu 1st attempt masak udang tuh..

tu pasal dia x penah rasa kot..
trus ckp sedap n esoknya suwuh masak lagik..

koser laki ahkak tuh tau..

tgk resepi kat majalah mingguan wanita..
hahaha
ni ako share respi dia..

udang belah belakang,
kulit n kepala jgn buang
deep fry udang tuh sampai nampak garing
untuk sos- sos tiram+kicap pekat+kicap manis+air sikit+gula+garam

ketuk bawang putih dua ulas n tumiskan masukkan bahan sos tadi,
masak sos sampai garing
dah naik minyak, masukkan udang..
gaul rata n serve
senang gilos!

ps: pepandai lah modify resepi mengikut anak tekak memasing erk..

wah..mang nmpk tafar chef arr lauk pauk tu wa.. ahkak kagum tau.. ni mesti nk 'jek' abg eri setelah beberapa hari ditinggalkan.. aku pon dh lama xmasuk umah hg, bz sgt.. ni hrp cuti skolah blh la jln2 umah kwn2 yg dh lama xmasuk..

re: tambun best, bkt merah aku pon xpenah smpi lg.. lbh kurang je kot.. aku mang dh gemss la wa, dh masuk 60-an pun n pra-obes dh..
